1. Introduction

Ace Marketing Professionals LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates ReviewAware. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service. By using ReviewAware, you agree to this policy.

2. Confidentiality of Your Customer List

Your customer list and all contact data you store in ReviewAware are treated as strictly confidential. We do not use, sell, rent, or share your customer names, emails, phone numbers, or business information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose other than to provide you with the ReviewAware service (e.g., sending review request emails on your behalf). We do not allow third parties to access your customer data for their own purposes. Access to your data is limited to what is necessary to operate the service and to comply with applicable law.

Ace Marketing Professionals LLC does not engage in collecting and/or harvesting confidential information for the purpose of solicitation or any other intrusive act, regardless of whether such activity might otherwise be legally permitted. We do not mine, scrape, or use your customer or contact data to contact your customers for our own marketing, to sell leads, or to enable third-party solicitation. Your business relationships and contact lists remain yours and are protected accordingly.

3. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when you create an account, set up your profile and business address, add customers, create jobs, and use the app. This may include: account and profile information (e.g., name, email, company name, phone numbers), business address, customer names and contact details you enter, job and service information, and preferences (e.g., notification settings). We also collect technical and usage information (e.g., IP address, browser type) and use cookies and similar technologies as needed to run the service and improve security.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use only cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to run the service—for example, to keep you signed in (session and authentication). We do not use non-essential cookies for advertising or third-party tracking. By using ReviewAware, you consent to our use of these necessary cookies as described in this policy.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide, operate, and improve ReviewAware; to send review request emails to your customers at your direction; to manage billing and subscriptions; to communicate with you about the service; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not use your customer list or contact data for our own marketing or for any purpose other than delivering the service you have requested.

5. Payment Information and Security

We do not store your payment card or other payment credentials on our servers. All payment information (including card numbers and related details) is collected, processed, and stored exclusively by our payment processor, Stripe. When you subscribe or update your payment method, you are directed to Stripe's secure environment. We never see or retain your full card number or sensitive payment data.

Stripe is a PCI DSS–compliant payment provider. Your payment information is protected by Stripe's security practices and encryption. We receive only limited, non-sensitive information from Stripe (e.g., subscription status, customer ID) as needed to manage your account and billing. By using ReviewAware, you agree that payment processing is subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy. We take the security of your account and billing data seriously and do not retain any payment card data on our systems.

6. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We share data only as necessary to operate the service: with service providers that help us host the app, send email (e.g., Resend), and process payments (Stripe). These providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us. We do not sell your personal information or your customer list. We may disclose information if required by law (e.g., subpoena or court order) or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

7. Data Retention and Your Rights

We retain your account and customer data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data from Settings (Data & account: export or delete your account) or by contacting us. You can also manage your account and many preferences within the app (e.g., profile, notifications). If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your data in accordance with our retention practices.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and secure authentication (including optional two-factor authentication). Payment security is handled by Stripe as described above. Despite these efforts, no system can be guaranteed completely secure; we encourage you to use a strong password and enable two-factor authentication where offered.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of ReviewAware after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
