Terms of Service

1. Introduction and Acceptance
Ace Marketing Professionals LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates ReviewAware, a service that helps businesses request and manage Google reviews from their customers. By creating an account or using ReviewAware, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
ReviewAware provides tools to add customers, record jobs, and send review request emails (and related communications) to your customers on your behalf. We do not guarantee placement or content of any review on Google or any third-party platform. You are responsible for your use of the service and for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you provide and the messages sent through the service.
3. Account and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use ReviewAware. You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ReviewAware to send spam, harass anyone, or violate any applicable law (including email and data protection laws). You must have a proper basis (e.g. consent or legitimate interest) to contact your customers. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or to other users' data, or to interfere with the operation of the service. We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or acceptable use.
5. Payment and Billing
Subscription fees and billing are described on the service and may include a free trial. Payment is processed by our payment provider, Stripe. You agree to provide accurate payment information and to pay all fees when due. Fees are generally non-refundable; we do not refund partial months unless required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the "Manage billing" area in ReviewAware, which takes you to Stripe's customer portal. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period. Price changes will be communicated in advance where required.
6. Termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or for other operational or legal reasons. Upon termination, your right to use ReviewAware ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive termination.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
ReviewAware is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ace Marketing Professionals LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of ReviewAware or these terms. Our total liability for any claims related to the service or these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ace Marketing Professionals LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where prohibited.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of ReviewAware after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
