ReviewAware supports SMS review requests for participating businesses. Customers must provide consent before any SMS review request is sent.
Sample customer-facing consent language
By providing your mobile number and checking this box, you agree to receive text messages from [Business Name] through ReviewAware related to completed services, customer feedback, and review requests. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
How consent works
- Consent must be obtained by the sending business before any SMS is sent.
- Consent may be collected by website form, intake form, signed paper form, or verbal consent during booking or at job completion.
- ReviewAware's internal customer SMS checkbox is an account-user confirmation that consent was already obtained; it is not the customer-facing opt-in itself.
- ReviewAware messages are used for completed-service review requests and related customer feedback only.
